Fleet Management – GPS Tracking

 

In order to ensure the safety of our employees and maintain productivity, our company has installed GPS tracking in all company owned service vehicles.
This is designed to help us optimise routes, improve delivery of service times, monitor the safety of our employees, and protect our assets.

  • GPS tracking will only be used for company-related purposes, such as monitoring the location of employees, assets, and vehicles during working hours. Working hours also applies to jobs carried out by our On Call staff.
  • Any data collected from GPS tracking will be kept confidential and used solely for company purposes.
  • Employees are not allowed to tamper with any GPS devices or disable GPS tracking on their work vehicles.
  • Employees are prohibited from using company-owned vehicles for any unauthorised purposes or activities.

We take the privacy of our employees seriously and will use GPS tracking data only for the benefit of the company and the safety of our employees. If you have any concerns or questions about this policy, please contact your Privacy Officer.
